Collective Leadership Manifesto
A Commitment to lead collectively
Reflection and reflexivity help us to answer the intelligent leadership questions of ‘what’ and ‘why’ and ‘where’ and ‘when’ and ‘who’ and ‘how’ and encourages you to 're-imagine' what leadership could be. The Manifesto provides a checklist of how to reinvent your leadership and make it happen.
The First Step on the road to commmitment
Just as “Looking at our actions in the mirror is the first step on the road to Adaptation" so committing to the manifesto is a first step on the road to making a difference.
